Our Top Stories Donald Trump's Bordersar, Tom Holman,
said that federal immigration agents would end their operation in Minnesota after more than two months.
The arrival of nearly 3,000 agents in the state sparked widespread protests,
which intensified after officers killed two American citizens.
Mr Homan said the operation had been a, quote, great success in arresting illegal aliens.
American public opinion has turned against Mr Trump's deportation campaign.
The Bangladesh Nationalist Party won the country's first election
since protesters toppled Sheikh Hasina Wazid,
its despotic leader, in 2024.
With the council ongoing,
local broadcasters said the BNP would have a majority in the 300-seat parliament.
Jamateh Islami, an Islamist group that was banned under Sheikh Hasina, reportedly won around 40.
The BNP has vowed to fight graft and preserve freedom of speech.
