Democrats unveiled a list of 10 demands, including requiring body cameras,
judicial warrants to enter private property and banning agents from wearing masks.
Republicans like Senate Major minority leader John Thune have called the list unrealistic.
If they're coming to the table demanding a blank check or refusing to consider any measures but their own,
they're likely to end up with nothing.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer disagreed.
