I'm Kelly Evans, and let's take a look at this market,
which is rather ugly, especially for the Nasdaq again.
We're mixed overall with the Dow trying to hold on to slight 7-point gains this hour.
The S&P is down a percent.
The NASDAQ is down more than two percent.
And yes, the broader software names remain under pressure,
although pockets of it are coming back now, including legal tech that got hit hard yesterday.
The CEO of LegalZoom down 20 percent yesterday and trying to bounce back about two percent today.
