Let's be honest,
the old 925 is starting to look like a leftover from the Industrial Revolution
while everyone is trying to figure out a new way to arrange their shifts.
So now the most popular one is called micro-shifting.
Instead of one long continuous workday, people are breaking work into short, non-continuous bursts,
usually 45-90 minutes, then stepping away from for errands, workouts, or child care.
