  • it does feel as if what's happening right now in Minneapolis could well be one of those moments.

  • In particular, the latest killing by federal agents with Border Patrol.

  • The sound recorded on phone videos of the shooting of 37-year-old Alex Pretti on Saturday.

  • He was an intensive care nurse from Minneapolis.

  • His family said he'd gone out onto the streets to join the protests against the huge surge of federal immigration agents whose mission is to find,

  • arrest and deport unauthorized or illegal immigrants.

  • Those whistles you could hear in the footage are to alert others to the presence of these ICE agents,

  • as they're known.
