Parenting is a form of leadership.
Leadership, that term holds a lot of weight.
Leaders, leadership, learning the skills to be a great leader.
If you're a parent and you're listening to this, I want to say to you directly, you are the leader.
You are the CEO of one of the most important organizations in the world and without a doubt the most important organization in your world.
Your family home.
