Well hello and welcome to super great kids stories.
Wise tales from storytellers around the world, which will make you laugh and sometimes cry.
Recommended for ages five to...
105.
I'm Kim and I love stories.
Our current theme is fairy tales around the world and today we have an action packed fairy tale from Norway beautifully told by Sarah Lisa Wilkinson who told you The Witch's Stone.
Note to parents,
this story could seem a little bit unsettling but only fleetingly and the ending is very happy.
How are you super great kids?
I hope you had a happy week.
I enjoyed meeting Wangari the storyteller from Kenya at our online show this weekend.
One of the highlights was meeting some of you.
I'll say hello after the outlet shoutouts.
Lots of you said it was snowing where you live and Wangari, the storyteller,
told us she's never seen snow and could not imagine what it's like to be that cold.
Imagine not having a winter!
And something else that put a wag in my tail this week is that several of you have written to tell us what you think of our book.
One of our fans wasn't very keen on reading.
But since getting the Super Great Kid's stories book for Christmas,
he's excited to read it and even wants to read stories to his family.
