President Trump says Tehran is asked to set up negotiations over the widespread protests engulfing that country.
He said a meeting could be arranged, but Trump would not rule out U.S.
strikes against Iran before that.

President Trump said the U.S.
might have to act before any meeting with Tehran because of, quote, what's happening in Iran.
Thousands of protesters poured into the streets in all corners of the country.
Videos of large crowds, burning buildings,
and dead bodies in the street and morgues were posted on social media despite an ongoing internet and cell phone blackout.
Tehran has not publicly said anything about a meeting with the U.S.
