not pressure.
Think about habits, think about small things I want to shift.
And so there just couldn't be a better time to have a conversation with Charles Duhigg.
He is a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist.
He is the author of The Power of Habit and Super Communicators.
But before you get any ideas about, oh, this is going to feel heavy.
This is going to feel impossible.
One more thing to make me feel like I'm not doing enough.
