  • China says it is willing to intensify cooperation with Pakistan in fighting terrorism and telecom crimes.

  • Chinese Public Security Minister Wang Xiaohong made a remark in a meeting with Said Maheshin Razanakavi,

  • Pakistan's Interior and Counter-Narcotics Minister in Beijing.

  • Wang called for efforts to address various challenges and jointly safeguard the national security and social stability of both countries.

  • And for his part,

  • Nakavi said Pakistan is ready to deepen law enforcement and security cooperation with China,

  • vowing to take further measures to safeguard the safety of Chinese personnel,

  • projects and institutions in his own country.

  • The meeting came days after Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishak Dar made a visit to China.

  • In a strategic dialogue between Dar and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi,

  • the two sides pledged to further demonize and expand cooperation.
