China says it is willing to intensify cooperation with Pakistan in fighting terrorism and telecom crimes.
Chinese Public Security Minister Wang Xiaohong made a remark in a meeting with Said Maheshin Razanakavi,
Pakistan's Interior and Counter-Narcotics Minister in Beijing.
Wang called for efforts to address various challenges and jointly safeguard the national security and social stability of both countries.
And for his part,
Nakavi said Pakistan is ready to deepen law enforcement and security cooperation with China,
vowing to take further measures to safeguard the safety of Chinese personnel,
projects and institutions in his own country.
The meeting came days after Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishak Dar made a visit to China.
In a strategic dialogue between Dar and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi,
the two sides pledged to further demonize and expand cooperation.
