I'm really excited about this week's segment called Mindful Music.
I know it's a bit of a quirky name, but the way it's going to go is like this.
I'm going to give y'all a lyric of a favorite song of mine,
and I'm going to have you guess the song.
I'm going to also explain the wisdom behind the lyrics and why I selected them in regards to mindfulness,
meditation, or just general life lessons.
And naturally, This is my personal interpretation, so nothing is set in stone here.

And adding the color really helps the listener to feel the intensity of these strong emotions.
