We're coming to you live from our studio in the heart of London.
I'm Elise Doucette.
And as we begin our programme,
there is a developing story and we start in the international waters off the coast of Venezuela.
US forces are said to be in active pursuit of another oil tanker.
They've already intercepted two vessels in the past two weeks.
Media are now quoting unnamed US officials saying the pursuit involves a sanction vessel,
which is part, they say, of Venezuela's illegal evasion of sanctions.
It's all part of the US's major military buildup in the region.
