Hello and welcome to the very latest Big Boss interview today.
It's somebody who has been around at the top of British business for quite some time and it is Felicity Hanna who has been speaking to him.
Fliss, who have we got today?
Hi, Sean.
Yes, I've been talking to Rupert Soames, chair of the CBI, the Confederation of British Industry.
Now, this is one of the UK's most prominent business groups.
It represents 850 members who together make up 1,200 separate registered companies and more than 150,000 trade association members.
It actually goes back 60 years.
It represents some of the biggest names in business, household brands, globally traded corporations.
