Of course, if you learn these in your English class,
you'll probably learn that they're pronounced I'll Yule, wheel, etc.
And if we say them in isolation, meaning by themselves and not in an actual sentence,
then yes, this is how they're pronounced.
However, when we say these contractions in our sentences,
most native speakers pronounce them differently in the US.
