President Trump made the announcement on a Thanksgiving call to military units last night,
and here Sage Miller is traveling with the president.
Trump called Guardswoman Sarah Beckstrom a highly respected, young, magnificent person.
She was savagely attacked.

20-year-old Beckstrom volunteered to be on duty for Thanksgiving.
She was on patrol a few blocks from the White House when a gunman opened fire.
The gunman struck Beckstrom and 24-year-old guardsman Andrew Wolfe.
Trump says Wolfe remains in critical condition and is fighting for his life.
Trump also says that he spoke with Beckstrom's family following the loss of their loved one.
