pretty lively scene in the UK's parliament on Wednesday as the country's finance minister Rachel leaves to live at the annual budget.
This budget will maintain investment in our economy and in our national health service.
I said I would cut the cost of living and I meant it.
The budget, though,
for the second successive year saw the UK's government go hunting for tax rises
as it tried to protect budgets from public services being cut.
