  • There are so many names for these.

  • Plant-based dining, vegetarian...

  • vegan, just what are the differences?

  • Raw veganism, fruitinarianism,

  • yeah there's a whole lot of different terms but I think even in 2025 it's still confusing for a lot of people what's the difference between a vegetarian and a vegan.

  • Well vegetarians don't eat things that require an animal to die so they include red meat and beef and lamb and poultry turkey fish things like that but they still eat eggs and dairy products like milk and cheese and yogurt and other things like honey.

  • But vegans,

  • you have the list of things that vegetarians don't eat but also no animal products whatsoever.
