these two friends don't seem to be on the same page.
It all comes down to Trump's latest move to pressure Russia into ending its war on Ukraine.
Trump wants to hit Russia's economy hard, so that Putin runs out of money to fight the war.
Trump's threatening to punish any country who's still buying Russian oil with harsh secondary sanctions.
And that's a major problem for Hungary.
Viktor Orban is friends with both Trump and Putin,
and his country relies heavily on Russian oil and gas.
Viktor Orban has done a tremendous job in so many different ways.
For the leader of a small, central European country,
Viktor Orban really punches above his weight on the international stage.
Highly respected, respected all over Europe.
Probably like me a little bit controversial, but that's okay.
For years, he's been honing a political model that's hugely influenced the MAGA Republican playbook.
