Last week, I sat down with Zannie Minton Bedders, our editor-in-chief,
and Jordan Bardella, who is the 30-year-old protégé of Marine Le Pen,
the most popular politician in France and who has just put out a book,
which is now the second best-selling book in France after the asterisk volume.

We met in his office in Paris, where the RN has its headquarters.
And given the messy state of French politics today,
we came away with a real feeling that is someone who thinks that he has a real chance of taking power sooner rather than later.
