The World Openness Report released at the Hongqiao International Economic Forum shows that the World Openness Index dropped slightly last year.
The index measures the openness levels of 129 economies from 1990 through 2024.
The document that came out on the sidelines of the China International Import Expo also shows that China's openness index serves by nearly 30% during the period to slightly above the global average.
The report also notes that openness cooperation are the inevitable path for world peace and development.
