Could TikTok, a wildly popular app with Chinese owners, be allowed to operate in the country?
The Biden administration said no. The Trump administration repeatedly said, not sure yet.
Then, yesterday, with little pomp, I spoke with President Xi, I made a good talk,
I told him what we were doing, and he said, go ahead with it.
It is an executive order that in America puts control of the app in non-Chinese hands.
But which hands?
