That's how the governor of the US state of Utah put it,
as he announced the arrest of a man in connection with the murder of the right-wing influencer Charlie Kirk on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old Tyler Robinson from Utah was taken into custody after a tip-off by a family member.
Mr Kirk was shot in the neck whilst addressing a large crowd at Utah Valley University.
Officers are examining evidence, including bullet casings,
apparently carved with phrases such as, hey, fascist, catch.
