单集文稿 ...

  • Hi everybody!

  • My name is Shauna and this is the American English Podcast.

  • My goal here is to teach you the English spoken in the United States.

  • Through common expressions, pronunciation tips, and interesting cultural snippets or stories,

  • I hope to keep this fun, useful, and interesting.

  • Let's do it!

  • Welcome back everybody!

  • Today we are doing another Preposition episode with my husband Lucas.

  • Here he is.

  • And if you did not listen to the last episode, Lucas is from Brazil.

  • We met when he was my English student 10 years ago.

  • And back then, he had a lower intermediate level.

  • He made a lot of mistakes that he doesn't make anymore.

  • He speaks very high really wonderful English,

  • but one of the main issues that he does not like to deal with is prepositions.

  • The worst is the final frontier, I would say.

  • Nice way to put it.

  • So what we've done is decided to make sort of a game out of it and to share a little bit about our lives.

  • And we want you to take part in this conversation as well.

  • Try to guess the preposition before Lucas.
