If you give someone heads up, you tell them something in advance.

If your head overheels in love, you are completely in love.
We often use this to describe the beginning of a relationship.

Their head overheels in love.
If you lose your head, you are overcome with emotion.
Your presentation is really good.
Don't lose your head.
Stay calm.
And if you say something off the top of your head, you say it without thinking much before speaking.
This is usually because you don't have enough time.
