I mean,
what was happening in Israel just before October 7th was the country was convulsed by protests about reforms that Netanyahu was trying to push through to the Supreme Court.
And there was an accusation that he was in classic strongman style undermining the country's democracy.
Where did those reforms stand and where does that argument stand?
Has it been kind of killed off by the fact that Israel's at war?
