He's been threatening to expand his federal crackdown on Democrat-led US cities,
and he's already deployed troops into Washington.
In the past hour, the governor of Illinois, J.B.
Pritzker, said Chicago does not want National Guard troops on its streets.
None of this is about fighting crime or making Chicago safer.
None of it.
For Trump,
it's about testing his power and producing a political drama to cover up for his corruption.
