Officials suspect Russia is behind GPS interference on a plane carrying European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
The plane, which was flying to Bulgaria, was forced to land using paper maps.
GPS navigation services on the aircraft had been disabled,
and these attacks seemed to be on the rise.
