35 分钟Welcome to Intelligence Squared, where great minds meet.
I'm producer Mia Sorrenti.
Why do we dream?
Why do dreams go bad?
And can we harness the science of dreams and nightmares to improve our health?
In today's episode, we're joined by Dr. Michelle Carr,
a researcher in the cutting edge field of dream engineering to discuss the new science of dreams and nightmares.
Let's join our host, Khalil Thurloway, with more.
