Today's topic is overthinking.
It's like thinking, but when you do too much of it.
I will say one of the greatest challenges as a human being is balancing the right amount of a good thing.
Like thinking is a good thing.
If you think a lot, you're probably more self-aware and you probably make better decisions.
But if you think too much, then you're too self-aware and you don't make any decisions.
You see what I'm saying?
Too much exercise is bad for your body, but no exercise at all is not good for your body.
You have to find the perfect Goldilocks.
happy medium.
Too much of hanging out with your friends is a bad thing.
Not having any friends at all is a bad thing.
So you have to find the perfect Goldilocks amount.
And the same thing goes for thinking.
Too much of a good thing is bad and it's tough to navigate.
