An appeals court ruled that most of President Trump's tariffs are illegal.
It's a setback for the president's signature trade policy,
but the ruling won't be enforced until October, giving the White House time to appeal.

The bill would allow members of the public to file lawsuits against the medicine's providers.

He's promised to make them brief and easy to read.
