says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Following a ferocious wave of attacks on the capital Kiev last night,
around 600 drones and more than 30 missiles were fired at the city through the early hours of the morning,
according to the Ukrainian military.
At least 21 people have been killed, dozens more injured and around 10 people are still missing.
Moscow blamed Ukraine's air defences.
and electronic warfare systems for the damage, claiming Russia only targeted military sites.

since President Putin travelled to the US state of Alaska to meet face-to-face with President Trump.
to discuss a ceasefire plan in Ukraine.
