Donald Trump has made no secret of wanting interest rates to come down.
For months, he's berated the Federal Reserve for dithering.
You have a guy in there that, with the stroke of a pen,
could lower interest rates and save us hundreds of billions of dollars a year.
But he's a stupid person.
In July, the president toyed with firing Fed Chair Jerome Powell and then backed off.
Now another member of the Fed is in his sights.
