It seems everyone is trying to get a piece of President Trump ahead of that face-to-face,
one-to-one meeting with President Trump on Friday in Alaska.
European leaders, including President Zelensky, are meeting across the day,
holding virtual talks, including with President Trump,
stressing the need to protect Ukraine's interests.
And whilst Mr Trump has spoken of some potential sopping of land between Russia and Ukraine,
the latter and its European allies insist that there will be no redrawing of the country's borders by force.
So is Ukraine being sidelined?
Not according to Fred Flights,
who was chief of staff for Donald Trump's National Security Council during his first term.
I note that President Trump and his administration are going to extraordinary means to make sure that there are close consultations to get the positions of Europe and Ukraine.
But Trump has met repeatedly one-on-one with Zelensky.
