it's small it's mischievous oh those little teeth those little teeth impossibly cute and it's taking over the world labubu you know about labubu now of course it's the elf-like figure from chinese toy giant popmart who has become the face of a global cute invasion from viral tiktok trends in the states to high-end store displays in paris this little pint-sized character is drawing crowds that wrap around city blocks sparking social media frenzies and even inspiring limited edition collaborations with some major brands.
But here's the thing.
Libubu is not alone.
It's leading an entire wave of Chinese designed cool toys that are redefining global pop culture with their bold designs and their mysterious blind box appeal.
