We start in Israel, where despite overwhelming opposition at home and abroad,
the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he intends to take full control of Gaza,
a territory reduced to ruins where growing numbers of people are starving to death.
This has caused anguish not just for Palestinians,
but for the families of the remaining hostages in Gaza.
