Hello from the Edinburgh Fringe and hello to the newscasters who've come to see us in the Edinburgh Fringe.
Hello!
So just a reminder that this week's newscast is going to sound a little bit different because,
yeah, we are in a sort of theatrical venue.
We are at the Edinburgh Fringe.
I've got one of these handheld microphones that sounds a bit kind of echoey.
And, yeah, we've got a very enthusiastic audience with us.
I've just realised who else is going to be on this stage at various points during the Fringe for the next month.
Any Smack the Pony fans here?
Yes, a few.
That's a very famous 90s and noughties sketch show.
They're doing a reunion show.
here in a few weeks time where they're going to be interviewed by kirsty walk uh so that's quite good yes oh kirsty walks more famous than smack the pony um let's not tell them i'll leave them a little note backstage um uh who else is here oh um uh kieran hodgson from two doors down he's doing a show love does everyone love two doors down it's interesting a lot of my english friends have never heard of it And
if you're listening to this and thinking,
what is he talking about?
Two Doors Down is a Scottish sitcom about some people living in a cul-de-sac.
Apparently it's in Lindsay.
Does anyone know where Lindsay is?
Yeah.
And yeah, I love it.
