Chinese President Xi Jinping has called
for studying and absorbing netizens' opinions in formulating the country's 15th Five-Year Plan.
The Chinese leader said the public has put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions for the plan.
He urged authorities at all levels to extensively hear people's opinions and views to meet their aspirations for a better life.
President Xi Jinping's instruction came after a month-long online campaign seeking public input for the 15th five-year plan.
The campaign gathered more than 3.1 million suggestions between May 20 and June 20.
