Chinese Premier Li Qian has expressed a country's support for Arab countries in strengthening strategic autonomy,
enhancing unity and a self-reliance,
and pursuing development paths suited to their national conditions.
He made the remarks during a meeting with Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Abel Gate in Cairo.
Premier Li is under two-day official visit to Egypt.
He said China is ready to further align its development strategies with Arab countries and proceed with their high-quality belt Road Cooperation.
The premier called on the two sides to expand collaboration in energy,
