as it was unwrapped.
Though not everyone could handle the aroma,
it was packed with nutrition and had kept villagers from starving during hard winters.
Now tourists who eat like a horse line up for a taste every weekend.
Number one is a noun delicacy.
A delicacy.
A delicacy is a food that is good to eat, but it's expensive or especially rare.
So it's not the kind of food that you chow down on every Friday night.
A delicacy is something that you have very rarely on occasion, for a special occasion perhaps.
When I was traveling the world, I always tried my best to taste the local delicacies.
