Chinese Premier Li Cheng says BRICS countries should strive to become the vanguard in advancing global governance reform.
He made remarks at the Session on Peace and Security and Reform of Global Governance at the 17th BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro.
Premier Li called on the bloc to safeguard world peace and tranquility and promote the peaceful settlement of disputes.
