And we're going to start today in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.
Well, that is the moment a drone exploded in a residential area of the city last night.
Just one part of what was a huge barrage of drones and missiles launched by Russia on the capital and other parts of the country.
Kristina Katrakis is an ambassador of the Foundation for the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
She fled Kyiv with her child this morning.
I mean, the scene was like from Armageddon, totally apocalyptic.
The smog throughout the morning was just horrid.
Prior to the actual attack, Russians sent surveillance drones,
so they were circulating over the city.
And then right after the conversation with Donald Trump,
Putin sent the actual full-scale assault of 11 missiles and 550 drones all hitting the capital.
Their main target was actually Zhuliany Airport, and that's where surveillance drones were over,
and that's where the drones and the missiles were concentrated at,
and that's a civilian airport in the city.
And also, in a number of regions of the city,
we had targets being hit, and those are civilian targets.
