the House is wrapping up debate on the massive tax cut and spending bill backed by President Trump.
Lawmakers in the House spent all night deciding whether to advance the bill in a procedural vote.
House Republican leaders, along with the President,
managed to get a few key holdouts to agree.
The procedural vote passed narrowly.
Speaker Mike Johnson believes the tax cut and spending legislation will finally be passed by the House this morning.
