For nearly eight weeks now, the world has watched the trial of Sean Diddy Combs,
one of the biggest names in rap and hip hop.
On Wednesday, he was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering,
the more serious charges against him.
He was, however, found guilty on two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.
As the judge read out the full verdict, Combs dropped to his knees and prayed.
He then rose and faced the courtroom gallery saying, I'm going to be home soon.
But that was not to be.
The judge presiding over his case has denied Sean Combs bail.
His family had put up a bond of one million dollars.
Outside the court, a large crowd of critics and supporters reacted to the verdict.
