Authorities in Idaho say a gunman set a brush fire yesterday.
He waited for firefighters to respond and then started to shoot at them.
Two firefighters were killed.
A third was badly wounded.
Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris says Idaho officials believe the suspect acted alone.
We do believe that the suspect started the fire and we do believe that it was an ambush.
and it was intentional.
The suspect was found dead near the scene with a gun nearby.
The Senate is still debating the multi-trillion dollar tax cut and spending bill backed by President Trump.
Later this morning, the Senate is expected to begin a process called Vote Orama.
Senators can use this time to propose an open-ended series of amendments.
It's not clear how many could be offered.
