Hello,
we've got lots of prime ministers and presidents in the air
because lots of the leaders of the NATO nations are heading to the Hague for a summit of the defence alliance.
they've all got other things on their minds.
As Donald Trump was leaving Washington to fly to the Netherlands,
he launched an expletive filled rant,
as we should call it, about Israel and Iran and their ceasefire breaking down.
And then Keir Starmer is in The Hague,
but he's probably thinking quite a lot about what's going on at Westminster
because loads of his own MPs are joining a growing rebellion against the government's changes to the welfare bill.
So, all of that will be on our minds as we make this episode of Newscast.
Hello, it's Adam in the newscast studio,
but straight away let's head over to The Hague in the Netherlands
because that is where all the leaders of the NATO nations are meeting for this summit.
Lots for them to talk about, whether it's what's going on between Israel and Iran,
whether it's what's going on between all of them and their so-called ally Donald Trump,
whether it's Russia or Ukraine,
whether it's how much they're all going to spend on defense over the next few years.
Lots and lots to discuss with...
