sharing about their amazing trip that they're taking.
There is one thing that everyone has in common, or most people have in common,
and the one big stressor of travel and that is the fear of flying.
So today we are going to talk about the fear of flying and I'm going to give you some skills and the tools that I give my clients
as they prepare for their vacation and their trips.

may have had a more of an experience with flying that wasn't helpful and that we would totally understand that is the reason why they have a fear of flying.
