Donald Trump says his patience is wearing thin with Iran.
He has gathered all of his top advisers into the Situation Room in the White House to debate whether or not the American military should join Israel in striking Iran's nuclear sites.
And he's sending out threats on social media,
telling the Supreme Leader he knows where he is and could assassinate him if he wanted to,
demanding in all capital letters unconditional surrender from Iran.
No signs of Iran backing down, though.
The Supreme Leader is threatening irreparable damage on America if it joins in the fighting.
So could America really be on the cusp of another war in the Middle East?
Welcome to AmeriCast.
America's America's from BBC News.
You're gambling with the lives of millions of people.
You're gambling with World War Three.
President Trump's message is very simple.
We are done being taken advantage of.
Mr. President, in the name of our God, have mercy upon the people.
We're scared now.
