Hello and welcome to News Hour from the BBC World Service.
We're coming to you live from London.
I'm Paul Henley.
Israel and Iran have continued to carry out air strikes against each other for a second day.
Israel claims 20 Iranian military commanders have been killed
since their operation began,
while a senior adviser to Iran's supreme leader has also died.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards say they've attacked dozens of targets in Israel in response.
This woman in Tehran described how the last two days had been for her.
For two nights, I haven't been able to sleep.
I've been alone at home.
During these two nights,
I've gone through really tough situations.
I've been reminded of my past,
when I was five or six years old,
and the situation of bombings and going to shelters during the Iran-Iraq war.
The difference is that back then,
at least when an attack happened,
we heard the air raid siren,
or at least warnings before it happened.
