China's goods trade continued to grow in the first five months of the year.
According to customs authorities, foreign trade totaled nearly 18 trillion yuan,
or around 2.5 trillion U.S. dollars,
a 2.5 percent rise compared to the same period last year.
The number of foreign-invested enterprises engaged in import and export activity has surpassed 73,000,
the highest for the same period in five years.
