Yesterday morning,
tariffs as high as 25% were imposed on goods entering America from Mexico and Canada.
Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau retaliated in kind and imposed retaliatory tariffs.
Amid all this,
last night Trump addressed Congress for the first time since his term began.
